On Sunday 10th February 11am-2pm MKG Southampton will once again host the original “Conditioning Fighting Warrior” Guru Stewart Francis. Guru will be giving a 3 hour masterclass of his expression of the deadlly Indonesian fighting art of Pencak Silat.
